Hicat Team maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance against any form of
abuse, exploitation, or sexualization involving children. Users who fail
to comply with Hicat's policies for protecting minors (individuals under
18 years of age) as detailed below will be removed from the platform, and
legal authorities may take further action.
Policies
Age Restriction
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use Hicat.

Any attempts to falsify your age to access the platform are strictly
forbidden and will lead to account suspension or permanent removal.
Hicat employs both automated and manual systems to detect underage
activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA").
Circumventing these systems is prohibited. Prohibited Activities include,
but are not limited to:
Sexualization of Minors and CSEA (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)

Sharing, creating, or distributing content that involves child sexual
abuse or exploitation.

Content featuring the sexual fetishization of minors, such as explicit
discussions, sexualized role-playing, or the wearing of sexualized
clothing, is prohibited.

Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including
artistic works like drawings or animations.
Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors

Threatening, encouraging, or committing physical violence against
minors.
- Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
- Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
- Promoting or showing neglect or trafficking of minors.
Underage Appearance on the Platform

Minors appearing in live streams, videos, or any other type of content
is strictly prohibited.
- Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors.
- Attempting to falsify age to gain access to the platform.
Reporting Mechanism
Incidents involving minor abuse will be reported to the National Center
for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities
as required by applicable laws.

Prohibited Users
Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to
sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly
prohibited from using Hicat.
